Meet Your Trainer

Hi! We are Mig & Tan, and I'm Tansholpan, a certified personal trainer, certified yoga teacher, and certified prenatal & postnatal yoga instructor. With a passion for holistic wellness and movement, I help clients of all fitness levels feel stronger, more balanced, and more confident in their bodies. With years of hands-on experience working in local gyms, over time, I gained not only knowledge and practical skills but also a deep understanding of what women truly need on their fitness journeys.

Fitness has always been my passion. I love working out, and I’ve been told many times that I’m a natural teacher and motivator. There’s no greater joy for me than watching the women I train reach their goals and transform their lives — both physically and mentally.

That passion led me to fulfill a long-time dream: opening a women-only gym. Our sessions are designed specifically for women — to help them get stronger, feel confident, and sculpt their bodies in a safe, supportive, and empowering space.

My mission is simple: to guide and uplift every woman who walks through our doors. Your goals are possible — and I’m here to help you reach them.
